MEDIA ALERT: US BANK ICE RINK HOURS EXTENDED
WHAT: In celebration of the New Year, the US Bank Ice Rink has decided to extend its hours of operation for the remainder of the week. What does that mean for you? It means more time to skate, more time for fun and more time to enjoy what’s left of your winter vacation. Please note that the newly adjusted hours (found below) are only in effect from January 3 through January 6.
In addition to longer ice rink hours, skaters can still enjoy 2-for-1 skate admission and rentals every Monday through Friday, until 5pm.
EXTENDED HOURS OF OPERATION: (Effective January 3 – January 6 ONLY)
Thursday: 10am – 8pm
Friday/Saturday: 10am – 10pm
Sunday: 10am – 6pm
WHO: The US Bank Ice Rink is open to skaters of all ages. Admission and skate rentals are $3 each.
WHERE: Fountain Square is located at 520 Vine Street in downtown Cincinnati.

Sponsored by HGC Construction, 2013 marks the seventh season of HGC Broomball. Live announcers call each game and the LED screen becomes a scoreboard, time clock and live coverage. Beverages and beer are offered for sale during evening games, while teams play under the lights. Broomball combines elements of soccer and hockey. MASCOT BROOMBALL
Saturday, January 12 – 11:30am to 1pm
Grab the family and venture down to Fountain Square for the 5th annual Mascot Broomball Exhibition Game. Witness an epic broomball showdown between Cincinnati’s favorite mascots. The match is scheduled to last about 30 minutes and promises to be filled with thrills and spills. Mascots are available before and after the game for a meet & greet and photo opportunities.
