So after taking the kiddos to the playground I stopped in Kroger to grab a few things and check out the Daytona 500 Sale! I was able to grab $88.93 worth of groceries for $44.15- it also was a little more savings since it did not show on the receipt the savings I got for the manager’s special on the meat we picked up- but we still saved 50%!

Stopped into Kroger last night and grabbed some items that we were out of and a few clearance items. Total before coupons, $116.48, after coupons $48.98! 58% Savings, not too bad considering I did grab some fresh pineapples and 10 powerades!! How did you do this week?

I really haven’t done a whole lot of big shopping trips lately. First off we have been so busy that I haven’t really been able to find the time but there also hasn’t been a whole lot of great deals! So while checking Kroger’s ad this week I realized there was several items that we really needed, so I made my list and headed out! There are items above that were not necessarily a great deal, but we were out of a few things and there are always the wanted items of the children!
