With most people wanting to loose all their holiday weight this time of year, we all know that diet and exercise is key. But a lot of the light or diet food that is out there, just taste blah and gross! So when I got to try out Progresso’s Loaded Baked Potato Light Soup, I was a little on the fence! Yes it sounds good and the picture looks delicious but will it really taste good?

Well after eating a whole can all by myself ( I know, it says 2 servings!) I have to say I was quite satisfied and completely full! There were chunks of potatoes and bacon and you could really taste all the ingredients, I would have never thought this would have been a light soup! Best part is, it is better for you than most soups and this Progresso Light soup carries a Weight Watchers’ Points Value of just 2 points! So keeping your eating under control has never been easier!
