If you recently upgraded to Windows 8, you will probably not be able to print coupons from Coupons.com and a few other sites- across all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) while operating in Metro mode. Most coupon printers use an Active X control that has been disabled by Microsoft in Windows 8 Metro Mode.
To print coupons in Windows 8, you will need to visit Coupons.com from a browser opened in Windows 8 Classic mode. To switch to Classic Mode in Window 8, navigate back to your desktop by selecting the desktop tile, then launch the browser of choice as you normally would.
