This weeks Lunch Box Idea has to be the cutest snack I have ever seen! Scrolling through some great recipes over at SnackPick.com, I found these cute Sushi Snacks! Now your kiddos can tell the other kids at school that they brought Sushi for lunch! Here is how you can make your own kid friendly Sushi!
Kid Friendly Sushi Snack
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
36 Gummy worms
48 (5 x 1 1/4 inch) FruitaBü Smooshed Fruit Rolls
Directions:
1.
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Stir in the marshmallows. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
3. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
4. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Press the mix into a layer, as thin as you can without forming holes. You want the Rice Krispies Treats to be about 1/4 inch thick. Cool.
