With our 3 girls birthdays all in the summer and all in a 6 week period, we decided to host one big party this year instead of our normal individual parties! One to save money, two to save my insanity of not hosting 3 separate parties every 2 weeks!! With us having one party we are planning on cooking out and inviting every one over to our house. So between all of our friends and family and the girls friends, we are talking 40+ people. So preparing food for all of these people takes planning.
Using my new Eco-Foil Pans I have planned several things! With 3 birthdays, I will have to make 3 cakes. I will use the 13×9 Cake Pans with lids to make our cakes in, add some frosting and then decorate. I love that I can keep the cake right in the pan, let it cool, frost it, decorate it, put the lid on it and throw it in the fridge until the party. I am also going to use the Roaster/Baker with lids to make some beef BBQ sandwiches. I can bake it in the oven all day, then add my sauce and seasoning and put the lid on it and serve! Easy!
