Oh how I love meatloaf. You can pretty much add anything and it tastes great. So last night I tried a few different things to see how it worked out. My 8 year thought it was great!! So here is the recipe. Share with me the different things that you have tried in Meatloaf!!

Preheat the oven at 425

I used the following…..

-2lbs of Ground Beef
-1 egg
-1 can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Chilles (if you have been couponing for a while, you should have tons of these!!!)
-half cup of Sour Cream
-half of cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-one bag of Lipton’s vegetable dip mix
-Salt and Pepper to taste

I make mine a litter thinner, about 1 to 2 inches thick. I think it takes less time to cook and I don’t have to worry about the sides getting dried out while I am still trying to get the middle done. I cooked it about 40 minutes, again it will depend on how thick you like yours.

Have leftovers? Slice your meatloaf and add it to some bread for tomorrows lunch!!

So share with me your favorite Meatloaf recipes!!!

    >That looks so yummy! My husband "THINKS" that he does not like meatloaf, so I never make it! I think if he would give it a try, he would most likely like it! =) Thanks for linking up at the Link Up Lounge!
